About the Developers

Bradford Valley, located on Cow Pen Road outside of Pikeville, Kentucky is owned by Bob and the late Janice Ford (1942 - 2007) and their daughter and son-in-law Brad and Laura Ford Hall.

Through the family-owned and operated business, Classic Home Designs, the family works hard to create nice, safe neighborhoods with affordable housing for the Pike County community.

The Fords have built multiple high-quality homes for re-sale in recent years on Cedar Creek Road and Cedar Hills in Pikeville. Their work has always been quality work.... building affordable homes to last a lifetime and longer!
